THEFT OF TRUST MONEYS
SOLICITOR PLEADS GUILTY. WAIPUKUBAU CASE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Walpukurau, June 16. Douglas Barrington Kent appeared before J.P.’s this morning, pleading guilty to nine charges of fraudulently omitting to account for trust moneys totalling £834, thereby committing theft. He was committed to the Supreme Court at Wellington for sentence.
