COMPETITION WELL SUSTAINED. Sydney, June 14. At the closing wool sales of tlio season to-day competition was well sustained. The Japanese and Yorkshire sections predominated. There was also good support from the Continent. Values were on a par with recent levels. Greasy merino made 12d. Some 4671 bales were offered and 3314 sold, also 1935 disposed of privately.
