At the wool sales 11,923 bales were offered, including 3466 from New Zealand, of which approximately 8300 sold. Tlfero was a good attendance and general competition. Prices wore firm. Scoured halfbred New Zealand, Bond and Gerard, 174 d to 15Jd, groasies; New’ Zealand halfbred, Black Hills, Is to lljd; crossbred Waitomo, lOd to Bsd.
