DISPERSAL SALE
MESSRS CATO AND LEADBETTER. Hoadley, Son and Stewart, Ltd., report having held a dispersal sale on account of Messrs Cato and Leadbetter, at the farm, Greenmeadows, yesterday. The cattle c.ame forward in groat order, and considering the weather conditions, and having been in milk for some time, sold well. The bulls were . in good order and well grown. The : following sales were effected:—-Cow- ■ and heifers in profit: £4 2s fid, £7, £3, £5. £5 10s, £7 ,12s fid. £4 las, £6 2s fid, . £3, £2, £O, £6 ss, £5 10s, £7 15s, £1 ’
17s fid, £6 10s, £4. Store cows: £l, £2, £2 ss, £1 10s. Yearling heifers: 1 £2 12s 6d, 3 £1 12s 6d, 3 £1 12s 6d, 1 £2 10s, 1 30s, 1 £3, 1 30s, 2 £2 17s 6d. Four Jersey bulls £3, 2 2-year Jersey bulls £3 3s, 1 do £7 7s, 1 do £4 4s, 1 do £C 6s, 1 bull calf £2 2s, 1 ditto £1 Is, 1 yearling Jersey bull £3 3s, J ditto £2 2s.
