A fully-equipped scientific laboratory was the wedding gift of Captain G. H. L. Pitt-Rivers, the scientist, to his bride, Miss Rosalind Venitia Henley, Miss Henley also is a scientist. The wedding took place recently before a registrar in Loudon. The bride defied superstition by wearing a dark green velvet ensemble.
