BENGAL CONGRESS RESOLUTION. APPEAL TO PUBLIC TO PREPARE FOB FIGHT. (United Press Association—By CableCopyright.) (Received 7, 10.15 a.m.) Calcutta, Dec. 6. The Bengal Congress unanimously passed a resolution that the time has come for the people of India to attain independence and appealing to the public to prepare for the coming fight.
