REDUCTION PREDICTED COMPLEX POSITION London, Nov. 7. Though the newspapers are beginning to specu'tae as to whether there will be an earlv reduction in Australian exchange, highly placed people withhold opinion, pointing out the complexities in relation to the depreciated sterling, but the general opinion is that as soon as the export season reaches its height, and balances accumulate in London some relief is desirable.
