FIRST SITTING TO-DAY PARLIAMENT OPENS ON TUESDAY KING TO DELIVER SPEECH. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 9, 12.30 p.m.) Rugby, Nov. 7. When the new Cabinet meets for the first time on Monday after the members have received their seals of office from the King, the main business will be the giving of approval to the terms of the King’s speech whiiih will bo delivered at the State opening of Parliament on Tuesday. It is anticipated that the speech will be quite brief and that it will emphasise the Government’s intention to concentrate on the restoration of the country’s economic aud financial position and to seek a settlement of international problems.
