Britten said that with the present complicated system of grading, there had crept in a tendency for clubs to enter their teams in grades where they were not suited to be. If the system was more simple, such abuses would cease to exist, and the grade football would be better all round, with much better competition “What‘s> in a name?” askej Dr. W. S. Seed. “It means the same thing, when all is said and done.” The motion was carried without a dissentient.
