Petition By Argentine Boer Families: Several hundred Boer families who settled in the Argentine after tho South African War are reported to be petitioning the Union Government to assist them to return to South Africa. Their position is described as deplorable. They are most deeply in debt, possess no title deeds to their lands, and are badly hit by the low wool prices. The petition is likely to receive the sympathetic consideration of the Nationalist Government. If you want the best vinegar for vour table vou should insist on SHARLAND’S VINEGAR — pure, piquant, strong.
