The Corporation will grant loans on approved securities only, and no loan will be granted until it has received the full and careful consideration of the Board of Directors and its advisers. The Head Office of the Corporation will be in Palmerston North, and there will, if necessary, be Branch Offices in other centres for the general distribution of the business of the Corporation and for investigating any propositions submitted. EXCELLENT RETURNS ASSURED. No other class of business giving equal security of capital can show the same excellent return as a Finance Company: There is no doubt that the time is opportune for the formation of such a Company in the Manawatu, and that an immediate and profitable outlet will be found waiting. Adequate support has been assured. Jt is confidently anticipated that the return to shareholders, at a conservative estimate, will be at least 8 per cent, per annum on ordinary Shares, and that the Corporation will, in addition, be able to build up substantial reserves. The Function of the Corporation will be to furnish capital fot enterprises which are worthy of support. THERE IS BOUNDLESS SCOPE for profitable and safe employment of its capital, and the opportunity should not be neglected The investment will, of a surety, prove highly profitable to Shareholders who give their practical support to the undertaking. SPECIALLY NOTE: NO PBOMOTER ’8 SHARES ARE BEING ISSUED. 80,000 Ordinary Shares have been underwritten, therefore the successful establishment of the Company is Guaranteed.
