The judicial committee of the Otahuhu Trotting Chib this morning decided to pay out the dividends on the Onehunga Handicap on the basis of Free Advice I. Laplander 2. irrespective of the appeal lodged by Laplander’s owner, C. Nordquist, against Free Advice displacing Laplander according to a protest on Saturday. COMMENDATION SCRATCHED. Auckland, Nov. 21. Commendation was scratched for all engagements at the Auckland summer meeting at 1.39 to-day.
