REBELS KILL 30 MEN. (Received 29, 10.45 a.m.) Beirut, March 28. Convoy tanks preceding a French column proceeding from Sednaya to Niva encountered a powerful body of Rebels, who fired on them, killing 30.—(A. and N.Z.)
