LEIPZIG POLICE ILL.

SOME HUNDREDS AFFECTED. Berlin, Alarch 25. The fact that between three and four hundred Leipzig policemen fell ill on the day that President Hindenburg visited Leipzig fair has been made known. The Saxon Minister of the Diet stated that analysts found a strong purgative mixed with the fooa the men had eaten, with a result that they were unable to carry out their duties when the President arrived. The Public Prosecutor is enquiring into the affair as to whether it had political motives. —(Reuter).
