POSITION UNALTERED. PARLIAMENT MEETS IN JANUARY. (Received 25, 10.5 a.m.) Melbourne, Nov. 25. The Federal Cabinet, at the first meeting since the election, decided that Parliament shall meet on January 13th. The latest (flection figures do not alter the position. The South Sydney seat, which previously was doubtful, was won by the sitting Labour meinAlthough Mr. Theodore at Herbert has slightly improved his position, it is not thought he will be able to wrest victory from his opponent.
