The Rev. D. C. Bates, . Dominion Meteorologist, telegraphs as follows for 24 hours from 9a.m, this day:— South easterly moderate to strong winds. Weather probably cold and changeable with scattered showers near the coast and tho night will probably bo very cold. Barometer has a rising tendency.
