BULGARIAN REPARATIONS.
THE OBLIGATION REDUCED. SATISFACTORY GUARANTEES. (Received 16, 12.20 p.m.) Sofia, March 15. As the outcome of the conference of ' the inter-Allied Reparations Commismission and the Bulgarian Government, Bulgaria’s obligations under the peace treaty have been reduced from two and quarter milliards to fifty-five million gold francs, payable in easy instalments. The arrangements of guarantees was satisfactorily settled. The agreement is subject to the Allied Government’s approvaL-7-(A. and N.Z.)
