The Cabinet will consider the full text of the Turkish proposals to-mor-row. The suggestion for the Allies’ meeting emanated from Britain, and was promptly accepted by France and Italy. The experts are expected to meet next week to define the scope of the new Turkish proposals. The Allies are agreed'that it is impossible to reopen the whole question, and when the conference resumes it will be confined exclusively to the points not settled at Lausanne.—(A. and N.Z.)
