A sensational development of the Port Tipton explosion, as the result of which a number of girls were killed find several terribly injured, is reported. • Knowles, the husband of the factory owner, and Chadwick, the manager are charged with manslaughter. The total deaths are 18.—(A. *nd N.Z.}
