The .board decided that clickers were indispensable, and therefore the Murray Shoe Co.’s appeal for David Miller was adjourned sine die. Regarding macidnists, the Board considered a man could be reasonably' trained to take the place of Robert M. F. Wilson for W. J. Barton’s factory in six months sufficiently to carry on business, although some inconvenience was unavoidable. It was admitted that there would be difficulty in filling Wilson’s place, and in the circumstances leave was recommended till October, 1917.
