AND N.Z OABT.F ASS’n] London, Feb. 13. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Rotterdam correspondent says that Berlin’s meat ration has been increased 310 z., and is now three-quarters of a pound weekly. It is exoected that a similar increase will be made m all towns of above 50,000 inhabitants.
