SUPREME COURT.

Auckland, Feb. 5.

At the Supreme Court to-day David Cowden pleaded guilty to an offence against a male. Sentence was deferred till Saturday. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty in the case of Thomas Cameron, charged with an unnatural offence. Cyril George Pegg, alias Enright, was found guilty of stealing a quantity of jewellery valued at over £5O and £4B 10/- in money from bedrooms in the city hotels. Sentence was deferred.
