We destroyed the Hirsova bridge on the 26th. Our advanced detachments have reached the Ostovoa line, south of Bobadagh. ■ We captured intwo days 800 men and seven guns. We occupied the island on the Danube east of Sihstna. Bucharest, October 28. The situation in Dobrudja is unchanged.
