Enemy Reports Rumanians in Precipitate Retreat. [AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.] Amsterdam, Octob|er 2s. A German communique states: —The pursuit in Dobrudja continues, the enemy not resisting. (Received 30, 12.40 p.m.) Amsterdam, Octob|er 2 9 . A Bulgarian communique says:—The enemy in Dobrudja is everywhere precipitately retreating towards the pontoon bridges at Hirsova, Braila, Isaktcha and Tulcha. We destroyed the Hirsova bridge on the 26th. Our advanced detachments have reached the Ostovoa line, south of Bobadagh. ■ We captured intwo days 800 men and seven guns. We occupied the island on the Danube east of Sihstna. Bucharest, October 28. The situation in Dobrudja is unchanged.
