NEW BRITISH LOAN. [AUSTRALIAN ‘ND N.Z. ' CABrS! ASSN. ' New York, Oct. 26. Mr. J. P. Morgan has completed a new British loan of 300,000,000 dollars with interest at 5j per cent. ALLIES COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT. CAUSES ALARM IN THE STATES. (Received 27, 8.55 a.m.) New York, Oct. 26. The American officials have completed their report on _ the Paris conference agreement, which they at first regarded as impracticable. They now consider that the Allies will dominate the world’s raw materials
to the detriment of the United States. The plans are therefore regarded with alarm, and furtacr investigation has been ordered.
