VICTORIA COLLEGE SPORTS. Wellington, March 8. The Victoria College sports on Saturday provided some interesting events. In the 100 yards handicap, A. T. E. Duncan maintained his record of 10 2Zsec made last year. W. Bennett, from scratch, beat P. G. Anderson’s 1908 record cf 31ft Tin in putting the shot by Bin. A. Hundson won the three ’nne fiat race in 14min 5 4-ssec, 2mm 16 3-ssec inside Rigg’s time last y ear. The half mile flat race fell to L. J. Shaw (25yds), beating S. T. Seddon in 2min IGsec. W. Bennett, won th ehigh jump. sft 4in, K. Strack the 120 yards hurdles in 19 2-ssec, G. M. Cleghorn the mile walk, A. T. Duncan the 220 yards flat in 23 4-ssec, and the 440 yards flat in 51 3-ssec, and C. Strack the 440 yards hurdles race in 66 4-ssec.
