PERSISTENT RUMOURS OF -SALE. (Received 6, 8.5 a.m ) London, April 5. The “Manchester Guardian” snyi it is rumoured that the Peninswrir and Orient Steamship Company is about to acquire the Union Steamship Company, though the Cinadian Pacific and a recently formed syndicate are also credited similarly.
