The following shipments of produce were despatched from the Argentine to the United Kingdom ports during January, 1911:— Frozen beef 147,684 quarters (1910, 107,185 quarters), chilled 176,842 quarters (1910, 86,297 quarters), frozen mutton 317,092 carcases (1910, 133,661), frozen lamb 66,937 carcases (1910, 22,243), butter 720 cwt. (1910, 16,406).
