[PBKSS ASSOCIATION.] INVERCARGILL, Wednesday. The Borough Council to-night considered tenders for the erection of a Town Hall and theatre, but accepted none, the prices being above the architect’s estimate of £16,000. It is understood that some of the tenders went to £20,000.
