ADVICE TO CYCLISTS. ■Now that the touring season has opened, cyclists will do well to note that the first consideration conducive to a speedy and enjoyable tour is to nave your machine thoroughly overhauled- A. slight defect in the tyres, hearings, or any part of the machine may cause serious trouble and annoyance, besides - marring the pleasure ot cycling.
