[et telegraph.] Wellington, Monday. A bankrupt told the Official Assignee and a party of interested creditors today the story of his experience in wooldealing. Shortly, it was this. In December. 1898, when ho started business, his capital was all in plant, about £2OOO, During the 1899 season he made money, and taking eveything into account he thought ho was worth £3OOO by March, 1900. Subsequently, when the wool markets had fallen somewhat ha bought about 2000 bales besides skins, Messrs Murray, Roberts, and Co. advancing the full value of the wool. Ultimately the fall was such that there was a loss of over £12,000, which included all his capital. It was decided to recommend the bankrupt for immediate discharge, *
