Prince Tuan has mobilised a million troops. He haa ordered the Northern corps to expel the foreigners from the Amur district. The first section of the Peking armyoperating against Mukden, Ching-king province, advances towards Thangwai. The second section has been ordered to concentrate at Tientsin, while the third section will be centred at Peking. China also sends 40,000 to Wei-hai-wei and Shingtan, while the fourth division goes to Nankin.
