OLD IDENTITIES.
Gisborne, Friday. Obituary — Two old Otago identities — Messrs Peter M'Farlane (who resided at Moeraki fn tha early days and came to Gisborne over 30 years ago), and James Kirkland (a much-respected settler of Taieii Plains, # who removed here five years ago on account of the rigor of the southern climate). The latter was aged 86.
