Eedmond, on tho ground that millions of Irishmen feel that their country suffered instead of being bonelited by tho influence of tho former Liberal leader, [Rooelved May 21, 10 a.m.] The Continental newspapers and public men join in giving most generous recognition to Mr Gladstone's great abilities. Received May 21, 3 p m. Tho House of Commons unanimously adopted tho motion with reference to Mr Gladstono, of which notice was previously given by tho Hon. A. J. Balfour. Sir William Vernon Harcourt seconded the motion.
