About 9800 aores are laid down in grass. The Properties are now carrying 17,000 Sheep and 500 head Cattle. The Leases, of Lota 1, 2, 4. 5, 6, 7, 9. and 12 Tauwhareparae Block contain provisions for compensation for improvements at tho end of the said term in certain events, and for renewal for a lurther term of years, subject to the conditions mentioned in the Leases, to which intending purchasers are referred. In respect of Te Marunga Blook. by agreement dated 29th June, 1892, the Glsborne High School Board agreed with Messrs Wood, Shand, Burr, and Jaokson to call for tenders for or expose by Public Auction the land included in tho lense for a term of four years from 2nd July, 1909.
