All protests to be accompanied by a foe of 2 boys, to be forfeited if the protest ih not sustained. No protest will be received unless made before the rider or driver leaves tho scales, except In the case of fraud. All disputes, objections, and claims arising nut of the Raoing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, whoso doclslon shall he final, and shall not be questioned in any Court of Law.
