Sydney, Friday. A sensational conspiracy ease has been occupying the Court. Lsob year Judge Windeyer granted Thomas Biohatd Bntler a deoree nut' for divorce from his wife on the grounds of adultery with George Williams, whose real name has been since ascertained, to be Charles Davis. Snbaequent revelations led the Crown to prefer ogalnst Butler, Davia, and a woman named Feake a charge of conspiracy by falsely accusing Mrs Bntler. Evidence waa submitted to prove that 1 Davis and Peake had been paid by Butler to lead his wife astray in order that he might obtain a ' divorce. All threa accused were found guilty, the jnry adding a rider that Mrs Butler had not committed - the offence for which the divoroe was created, Batler and Davira were sentenced to seven years, and tha woman Peake to four years' imprisonment. Kofe, who acted as solicitor for Batler la the divorce proceedings, haa been arrested on a charge of conspiracy, "
