By a private letter from Captain Forsdiok I we learn that the Waitangl arrived in London on the 12th April, loaded np for Auckland and Wellington, and was to sail on the 4th May. She will probably load again at Napier this year. The s jb. Te Kapn was to steam for Wairoa at midnight last night. The Union Company's s.s. Moo arrives from the North to-morrow morning, and after diaoharge of cargo returns up tho coast again. 1
