Blß,— With reference to your leader on the nbove subject in to-day's issue I send you an extract from the Yorkshire Post of the 2nd of May laat which appears to Bhow that the British public are taking a peculiar view of the frozen meat trade, which if carried into effect will probably prove beneficial to Hawke's Bay, provided our frozen meat is carefully gialed, and at least kept up to ita present standard of excellence, —l am, &c, W.
