ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES,

Wellington, Friday. ' A Gazette was published this afternoon with the new electoral boundaries. Hawke's Bay comprises the county of Wairoa, Te Arai riding of the county of Cook, and the whole of the county of Hawke's Bay excepting the Meanee riding, and that portion of the Clive riding north and west of jthe line starting at the south-east corner of Clive township and continuing along the road to West Clive, thence across the Ngaruroro river bridge and on to Farndon railway station, and thence southerly alone the railway line to the old bed of the Ngaruroro river ; also the Patangata and Oero ridings of the county of Patangata, and that part of the Waipawa riding of the county of Waipawa which is situate to the east of a line commencing at the north-east corner of block 43, Waipukurau survey district, and proceeding along the north-eastern boundary lines of blocks 48, 72, 27, and 172, the eastern boundary lines of blocks hm,ni? r 34 ' J\ n . d , aIoDR the northern boundary line of the last mentioned block to the Manga-o-muka river, and thence along that river to the county boundary, this electoral district includes also the borough of Hastings, and has within its boundaries the town districts of Clyde and Kaikora North as well as Portland Island.

| Napier comprises the whole of the borough of Napier aud the Meanee riding of the county of Hawke's Bay. together with the north-western portion of the Clive riding of the 3ame county winch is situate east of the railway line and north of the road leading from the Farndon railway station to the southeastern corner of Clive township, near the mouth of the Tuki Tuki river. The 'Taradale town district is within the boundaries of this electoral district.

Waipawa comprises the ridings of Tamumu, Eparainni, and Porangahau, iv the county ol Patangata, and the whole of the county of Waipawa, ex-

ceptiug ■ (1) that portion of Waipawa riding.north of the Mapga.-o-_rak.ri river,

This , electoral district includes within its boundaries the town districts of Waipawa, Ormondville, aud Danevirke.
