Mr Sheehy, ftJ.P. for South Gal way, who was charged with using seditious language at a public meeting, has been sentenced to three months' imprisonment, but has been admitted to bail pending the result of his appeal to a higher Court. Mr Sheehy has, however, been re-arrested for making use of inciting language at a Nationalist meeting held at Clonmell, to which place he had been'conveyed in custody.
