(Received April 27, 2.20 a.m.) Calcutta, April 26. No further news is to hand with regard to the negotiations between England and Russia. His Royal Highness the Duke of Oonnaught, who had started for England, has beed recalled to Simla, where a military council has been held under j^ the presidency of Earl Dufferin, the Viceroy. Details of the conference have not transpired, but it is believed that it has been decided to collect the British forces at Quettah.
