It has transpired that the Mediteranean squadron, under Admiral Lord John Hay, has been ordered to proceed without delay to Souakim. A further force of 800 marinea now stationed at Portsmouth is also under orders to proceed to the same destination. (Eeoeived February 9, 1.10 a.m.) February 8.
