No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, dis--1 putes, and objections arising shall bo decided ' by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be ' final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest ia not sustained.
