PKICE & CO. have now the pleasure to state that they have opened out an unusually Large Shipment for the commencement of the Season, twothirds of which have been imported direct from the English and Continental Markets, and bought at very Low Rates— in fact, at Manufacturer's cost-during the great depression at the end of 1877. Exposition of Departments— OUR MILLINERY DEPARTMENT this Season is remarkable for 'the elegance of the PARISIAN BONNETS whJe the new styles and makes of HATS are superior in comfort to any yet invented. Special attention must be drawn to our new shape in Seal Fur Hats ; they are most recherche, and are the Real Golden Seal of the very best quality, warranted to last three seasons. It is well-known that the fashion in Seal Hats is only changed once in three years, and as this is the first season of the new shape, they are guaranteed for that time. The new Trimming for Bonnets and Hats in Real Feather, Real Sable, and Otter Moonlight, &c, are very much admired. The Shaded Real Ostrich Feathers and Tip 3, in every color, are the best quality ever imported. , , The Real French Flowers are marvels of ingenuity in copying from nature. The Hot House exotics are reproduced in every particular but the perfume. We may mention incidentally that the specialty this season for Trimming is a Bird. Anticipating the demand for this extra finish to a Hat or a Bonnet, we cleared the Dunedin market, and have now an assortment of, we think, every variety known to the naturalist, also Wings of the rarest plumage. r\VSL LADIES' AND CHILDREN'S \J UNDERCLOTHING, CORSETS, &c., which we import from the celebrated Glasgow House of Tilley and Henderson, are so well known to our customers for quality of cloth and beauty of finish, that further comment is needless.
