MUNICIPAL SANITARY OFFICER, Sir, — How is it that the sanitary officer employed by the Corporation never presents a report to the Council as to the health of the people and the state of dwellings in the town ? In other towns a report is presented to the Municipal Council monthly, and I do not know why such should not be the case in Napier. — I am, &c. , A Ratepayer.
