Napier, July 13, 1868 The Superintendent of Hawke's Bay has much pleasure in acknowledging the congratulations of the Hon. the Post-master-General, upon the opening of telegraphic communication between Hawke's Bay and Wellington, and fully reciprocates the hope that this important achievement may be attended with beneficial results, not only,to this province but to the colony at large.
