T THE UNDEKSIGrNED, owner of Nos. 22 and 2S, ■*-» subdivisions of said suburban section 17, hereby give notice that I intend erecting dividing fences between mv property and that belonging to you ; and I hereby call upon you, and each of you, to assist in erecting the said dividing fences within thirty-one days from this date, otherwise I will proceed to erect such fences, and call upon you, the owner or owners of said subdivisions, to pay one-half the expense of erecting the same.
