LYTTELTON E Y-ELECTION QUIET MORNING VOTING (By Telegraph —Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. Polling in the Lyttelton by-election proceeded quietly during the morning. The weather was fine after a very dull early morning. Despite good party, organisati>n, a small poll is expected.
