ADVICE TO BRITISH PUBLIC. RULES TO BE OBSERVED. (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, July 22. The Post Office started to-day on an enormous task of distributing to every house in Great Britain a copy of the Highway Code, containing a simple summary of the rules for observance in the interest ot road safety. The distribution of 15,000,000 copies of the which is expected to require five days for completion, is part of the intensive efforts of the Minister of Transport, Mr More Belislia, to reduce the number of road accidents. Other features of this week’s campaign are the tour of ia broadcasting van, the release of road safety propaganda talkies, a display of 300,000 posters at London and a broadcast a'ddress at the end of the week by the Minister of Transport himself.
