SUEZ CANAL AND GIBRALTAR. (United Press Association—Dy Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 11 a.m. to-day. ROME, June 16. Signor Gayda, writing in the “Giornale D’ltalia,” declares that if the Suez Canal and the Straits of Gibraltar could be closed by a League order to impose sanctions they must Ire internationalised'. Any nation would consider the closing of the Suez Canal as an explicit act of hostility, deserving special considerations, he says.
